Dr. Peter Attia

Bio

Dr. Attia earned his M.D. at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He has practiced at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, National Cancer Institute (NCI) and McKinsey & Company.

Dr. Attia has co-founded Nutrition Science Initiative (NuSI), Biograph, the fasting app Zero and founded Attia Medical, PC.

Currently, Dr. Attia is a physician in the field of applied science of longevity and optimal performance.

He also hosts the highly informative podcast The Drive, where he presents science-based information on how to increase longevity and optimize peak performance states through exercise, nutrition, mental health and disease prevention.

I’m consistently amazed how little the experts in this space (longevity) advocate for approaches to delay the onset of cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative disease, and accidental deaths
