Why is my listing being rejected?

After submitting your shop or business information it is sent to our administrator for review. Your listing could be rejected for a couple of different reasons:

1. Your listing already exists. You may search our shop listing and claim the listing which will allow you to modify, edit and update the listing. You can find more information about claiming your listing here.

2. After review we decided your shop or business did not meet our criteria. You can find more detailed information about our listing criteria here.

Does my shop or business qualify to be added to the Wise Old Earth directory?

Although we want to add as many shops and businesses to our directory as possible, we aim to have an organized and qualified list which fits specific criteria. These are some of the main factors we consider during our evaluation:

Does your shop / business:

1. offer a natural health and wellness product?

2. have a favourable reputation in your community?

3. concerned with eco-friendly sourcing and manufacturing

4. excel at customer service and satisfaction

5. operate a clean, modern, well-run shop or business

Does it cost to add my shop or business listing to the Wise Old Earth directory?

We currently offer 3 plans. Our basic plan which allows shop and business owners to add their listing for free does, and does not expire.

If your shop or business listing has already been added to our directory by one of your customers or by one of our administrators, you are able to claim the listing and have control over editing, updating and maintaining the listing going forward.

We also have an upgrade option which allows you to access additional features and benefits which can help you promote your business and attract even more customers. You may see our detailed plan options here.

Do you offer discounts on adding a listing?

We currently offer a discounted yearly plan which saves you XX% off our regular priced monthly premium plan. This is currently our best value we offer. You can see more details here.

I don’t own a shop or business, but I know of a great shop or business in my area. Can I add their listing?

Yes. We value feedback from our community and encourage you to spread the word of mouth and create the listing on behalf of the shop or business. After we receive your submission, we will further evaluate the shop / business details and approve the listing if it meets our criteria. How do I know my payment information is secure?

When we began building Wise Old Earth, one of the first and foremost concerns was protecting ourselves and our community members from any online threats. Every step along the way in our business practices, security is never compromised. We have taken virtually every safety precaution possible. This includes such measures as: SSL certificate, spam and protection, payment, encryption?
